Using time-tested recipes which are practical, tasty & amazing for whipping up a gourmet cusine in under an hour!  Recipes range from 'Fast Starts' to Easy Elaborate with lots of tricks, tips & techniques, ideas & variations on all. 

The Divas always have something extra up their sleeve...

Each class has a surprise  'bonus' feature recipe to sample & enjoy. And often the Divas' famous 'Sauced' cakes or Gourmet Nuts (Man Junque) are passed around to nibble on too!

SASSY CLASSES: $90 - $110  for each 3.5 hr. -- includes hands-on learning in kitchen & full dinner; 12 person limit
EASY GOURMET CLASSES: $45 for each 2-hour ‘Exhibition-Style’ class; includes ‘tastings, samples & recipes of everything we make!

The Divas’ menu repertoire is ever-changing, reflecting a range of recipes from ‘Fast Starts’ to ‘Easy Elaborate’ -- with lots of techniques, ideas & variations on all. 


"To Divinity and Beyond!" – Favorite Fall Desserts: Want to create a Buzz?  Here's the Story: learn 5 kinds of practically no-fail desserts, candy & treats plus discover variations on all!  It's kids play to amaze your family & friends by setting out a variety of goodies on your entertaining sweet table. Think: Carmel Dumplings; Pumpkin Bread Pudding with spiced crème sauce; Apple Berry Cobbler; Pumpkin Pie with nut topping & gingered crème fraiche; Wassil.  Want to take some home?  Request our 'Bake & Take' option at registration (additional charge applies).  


“Let Us Entertain You!” -- Easy Fall Appetizers:  Become the Appetizer God(dess) you were meant to be!  You’ll have cool cocktail snack ideas after this class. “T’was the Night Before… Company!” -- Holiday Side Dishes:  Whether it’s friends or family you’re entertaining, dazzle them all with some delicious new creative side dishes to go with that turkey or ham.  As always, recipes will range from ‘Fast Starts’ to ‘Easy Elaborate’ with lots of techniques, ideas & variations on all.  In this class, big flavor, & big fun is in store with the Divas!  Think: Whiskey Sweet Potato Mash in Orange Cups; Frenched Herb Potatoes with Horseradish Crème Fraiche; Company Creamed Corn; Butternut Sauté in Maple Glaze; Wassil


"We're Not in Kansas Anymore!" -- Mediterranean Dinner:  Ding-Dong, canned peas are Dead!!  Click you heels & discover new ways to serve up creative comfort food with less calories but all the flavor.  Winter dishes including: Pork Loin with Balsamic Glaze, Rosemary Roasted Root Vegetables, Gorgonzola Polenta w/ Caramelized Onions & for dessert Exotic Spice Bars.  ‘Tis The Season’ – Festive Holiday Cookies:  Share the pleasures of holiday baking with friends, old & new. You’ll learn tips, recipes & trade secrets of skilled cookie making while we create 5 different gourmet treats - filled, rolled & drop cookies plus a bar and a candy too. These upscale goodies are suitable for gift giving!  Recipes range from 'fast starts' to 'easy elaborate'. The Divas repertoire is ever-changing but some past all-time favorites include: Salted Caramel Toffee Crunch; Sachertorte Cookies; Glazed Orange Delights; Espresso Fudge Cut-outs; Spiced Ginger Bars;  Peanut Butter ‘Gold Cups’
